DIRECTIONS

Outline your lips with the INTENSE LIP + CHEEK MATTE LIPSTICK PENCIL and then fill in your lips, smacking them together to ensure even coverage.

For a monochromatic makeup look, lightly swipe the color onto the apples of your cheeks and blend outwards with your fingers, a makeup sponge or a stippling brush.
